Our production starts only after an order is placed, ensuring each piece is thoughtfully crafted with care. Unlike mass production, we do not maintain pre-made inventory, allowing us to prioritize exceptional quality. By producing only what is needed, we minimize waste and uphold a commitment to sustainable manufacturing.

For international shipping, payments are accepted only via PayPal. If you prefer to make a direct bank transfer, please contact our customer service team.

  • Before Production Begins: Full refund (100%)
  • After Production Begins: A cancellation fee of 30% of the total price applies, and 70% of the payment will be refunded.
