Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, cancellations will incur a cancellation fee of 30% of the regular price.
Before production begins: 100% refund
After production begins: 70% refund

Immediate dispatch items are shipped the same day or the following day once payment is confirmed. Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch, depending on the courier’s schedule. For made-to-order furniture, we will contact you directly using the information you provide at checkout.
Even a single piece of furniture is meaningful to us. We are always looking forward to projects that can convey RKRN’s design and message.
From design to production, the process takes about three months.
(Please note that we do not accept projects limited to production only, without a design phase.)
