1. RKRN products are warranted for 1 year from the date of purchase.
2. If there is an abnormality in quality, you can receive compensation according to the damage compensation regulations notified by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Finance. If your product is under warranty, we will repair or replace it with an identical product, and we will pay for any repair, parts, and shipping costs incurred in the fulfillment process.
3. We are not responsible for compensation for products that have expired the warranty period, product damage caused by storage and user negligence, arbitrary repairs or modifications, or failures caused by natural disasters. If it can be repaired, we’ll replace or repair the part for a fee.
4. exchanges or refunds are available within 7 days of purchase in unused condition.
